Bridal Shower

Last Saturday, we held a bridal shower for my sister. It was a lot of fun. There were around 30 poeple that attended and she got a lot of nice gifts. We played three games...well 2 games and then Kimberlee played one by herself. She had 35 questions to answer about Kerry, for every one she missed she had to put bubble gum in her mouth. She ended up with 20 pieces and spitting it out three times. Toddy sat on her lap the whole time. It was really funny.

Then, Toddy found his favorite present. He is infatuated with womens undergarments and he puts them around his head and walks around. I have to fold my laundry fast or he will have mine around his head. What can I say he is a boy!!! So, here he is with Kim's present!!!

Toddy's haircut

I gave Toddy a haircut this morning, since he was in desperate need of one. At first he wasnt too upset about it, but half way through he had had enough. So, then the fighting began and the crying. We got it done and the bath was great...all happy again. But, by the looks of the pictures, I am not so sure he likes it. He didnt even smile at the baby in the mirror and usually he talks to him. Dallon is getting his haircut this weekend. It will be the first time since he was little that he is getting cut professionally. Uncle Chris is getting his cut too, mainly for some support for Dallon.

Fun In The Sun

This past weekend was absolutely beautiful. We were outside almost all day everyday from Saturday through Tuesday. We got a lot of yard work done and some cleaning up outside. The boys love being outside so it seemed everyone was happy. Rick and Dallon ran through the sprinkler on Tuesday, it was that warm. If you notice Dallon in his underwear, well he decided his clothes were wet and cold so he wanted to run through the spinkler in his underwear. We bbq almost every day. I love bbq. I am glad that it was really nice was Rick was home so we could get some quality play time in. Hopefully the weather will be nice next time he is home!!!

Easter Weekend

We spent Saturday at my parents house for Easter. It was a very rainy day, so all the activities had to be done inside. Dallon really enjoyed hiding his easter eggs and then finding them again. It was great cuz I didnt have to keep hiding them. He played some games and then enjoyed decorating cupcakes with Aunt Sam. It was a big mess but a lot of fun. Then Toddy decorated himself with chocolate. He doesnt really like it so he eats the candy coating and then spits out the chocolate. On Sunday we went to Kamiah and hung out. It was just more for relaxing. It was a beautiful day so we were outside most of the day. We will have Easter dinner on Wednesday in Kamiah, since Rick comes home today. Hope everyone had a good weekend.

A New Thing To Store

Toddy must think that he is something that needs to be stored. I have found him in the toy box, the hot wheels box, and the box that holds his diapers. He pulls everything out until there is room for him:I don't know...maybe he gets it from his brother!!!

Happy Anniversary!!

I just want to wish my parents Happy Anniversary!!! They have been married for 30 years. Thank you guys for all you do for us. We really appreciate it. And Congratulations on 30 years!!!

A present for ME!!

I know this blog is about the boys, but something about me. Ever since we have had kids, I usually go on shopping sprees for them. I do buy myself something here and there, but it is usually needed and on sale. Well, I have been looking for a new purse. Havent found one I like. Went to the Home and Garden Show on Saturday and found the purse of my dreams. It is a Miche Bag. I absolutely love it. The outside cover can change whenever you want. So, Sam and I each have a bag and are sharing four shells. We are gonna have a party so we can get more. If you are interested let me know.

Brotherly Love

Since Dallon was gone for most of last week, Toddy and I had a new idea of what it was like. Well, we didnt really like it. It was lonely and quiet. Toddy didnt have any one to fight with, so he found a new way to pick on me. He would make fun of me when I sneezed and he would yell and me until I copied him. It was fun just the two of us, but it is better with all of us. In case you were wondering, Dallon spent 4 days at Kamiah with his grandma and grandpa. He got to feed the lambs and do chores and drive the tractor. He had lots of fun and didnt want to come home. I have a feeling this will happen a lot since grandpa wanted to know when he was coming back. But, once the boys got back together, there was a lot of fighting. I guess making up for lost time. And then there was cuddling. I guess they really do love each other. This is the morning after Dallon got home.

April Fools Joke---not really!!

Toddy might think it is a joke, but I am set and and serious. I decided yesterday that I would take away his bottles. No matter how much screaming and crying he did, I wasnt gonna give in. Well, it went easier than I thought. He took the sippy cup and drank 3 cups of milk and a cup of juice. Wow, was I impressed. I have tried this every month and have given in because he throws such big tantrums. But, since Dallon has been in Kamiah for a couple of days (maybe even a couple more), I thought this would be the perfect time. And it was!!! I know have a big boy!!

On another note, he doesnt the funniest thing these days. If he sees himself in a mirror or window or stove, he screams at himself. He does this for about 10 minutes. I dont know what the deal is, but it is so funny to watch him. So, the other day I took a picture.
