The Weekend

This past weekend was extremely busy. On Friday, I left for Lewiston at 4:00 in the morning. I went to do the crazy Christmas shopping. I got it all done and was home by 1:00. The boys stayed home and slept. Lucky them!!! I guess it was good so they wouldnt be crabby. After I got home, we got everything packed so we could go spend the weekend in Orofino. My brother got married on Saturday, so we had to go down and get everything ready. Dallon went to go swimming I think. He convinced his dad, Uncle Chris, and Grandpa to go swimming with him. I think he wore them all out.

Saturday was the wedding. Dallon and Rick looked so handsome in their tuxes. (The good mom I am forgot the camera at home. I do have people emailing me pictures, so I will get them posted as soon as possible.) The wedding was very beautiful. Dallon got really tired during the reception. I guess that is what happens when you get no nap. I took him up to the room to rest for a while. He asked me if he could go swimming after his nap and I told him yes. I thought that he was going to sleep through the night, but I was wrong. He slept 15 minutes. Good thing Daddy was ready to go swimming when he woke up. They went swimming for an hour and then Dallon got his jammies on and went and danced for about an hour. He had so much fun.

Sunday we finally got to come home. But, we had to take Rick to Lewiston so he could go back to work. Yesterday, Dallon and I slept all afternoon. We are refreshed for today to get all our house work done.

Thanksgiving

I hope every one had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We finally got to spend a holiday with Rick. It was wonderful. We spent the day with his family at his Aunt and Uncle's house. It was a nice and relaxing day. I think Rick ate way too much, he was kinda miserable. Dallon played in the snow with no snow clothes. He got really cold and wet. We got him home and put dry clothes on him and he fell asleep.

Every kids Dream

Yesterday, we woke up to about six inches of snow. Dallon was so excited. He found all of his snow clothes and was ready. So, Rick and I got ourselves ready and took him out. Rick shoveled all of the snow while Dallon played. Dallon even went down the slide to clean it off. And then it was on. Dallon started throwing snow balls at us and then Rick started throwing back. We were all pretty wet by the time we came back in. Dallon had so much fun that he wanted to wear his snow pants to bed last night. He even has them on already this morning.

Bright Idea

Rick put together his last airplane today. Well, Dallon got a bright idea to make a slide out of one of the pieces of cardboard. Instead of discouraging him, Rick helped him.

Guess Dallon weighs too much for cardboard. I guess we will wait and see what the next bright idea is.

Dallon and Cole

I got to watch my friend, Stephanie, little boy on Monday for a few hours. He is just a couple of months younger than Dallon. They played the whole time he was there. It was so much fun to watch them interact. My parents have a indoor sandbox like we do. Dallon and Cole sat there and played. I feel really bad for Stephanie, because Cole had so much fun with it. She said that is all he talked about when he got home. I didn't know that two little boys could be so sweet together though. They had a competition I think to see who could kiss me the most. Cole even told me that I was pretty. Thanks Stephanie for letting us have a great morning.

Busy Busy and No Sleep

Dallon and I went to get Rick on Thursday night. His plane was delayed an hour, so we didnt get home until 2 in the morning. We got very little sleep and Dallon of course was up bright and early. Friday, we just lounged around the house, but then none of us could sleep that night. Good thing the boys got to sleep in the next morning. I had to be to my parents house at 6:30 so we could go to wrestling. But, when I left Dallon was already up and running around. I think Rick convinced him to get back in bed until 8:00. Sunday, Dallon and I went to my parents to play for the day. Rick went to Kamiah to work on his snowmobile. By the time we all got home, we were all exhausted. Finally we got some sleep. But, it started all over again last night. The boys were up all night playing video games. They were both asleep at about 2:00 in the morning and then both up at about 6:00. They are crabby and tired today. I am just staying out of their way.

Only 7 Weeks Left

I went to the doctor yesterday for a baby checkup. Everything looks good. We are still on schedule for the C-section to be done on January 3rd. This appointment was the first that the baby did not constantly move around. It was really nice. I am scheduled to go back in 3 weeks.
